Return Period
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for all items purchased from either Ruby Luxury or Ruby Luxe. After 30 days, we will be unable to process a return or refund. To ensure your return is eligible, please ensure the item is unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fee
If you wish to return a product within the 30-day return window, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, a restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Once your return is initiated, we will provide further instructions on how to send your item back. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Final Sale Items
Please note that no items are considered final sale. All eligible items may be returned within the 30-day period, regardless of the product type. However, we do not accept returns on items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way, and all products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
