1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are happy to serve customers within the U.S. with efficient and reliable delivery.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer Standard Shipping on all orders. The typical delivery window for standard shipping is 7-15 business days from the time your order is processed. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

  • Standard Shipping: Expected delivery time is 7-15 business days from the date of shipment.

3. Free Shipping on Orders Over $100

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Simply add items to your cart that total $100 or more, and the shipping cost will be automatically waived during checkout. This offer applies to all eligible orders shipped within the United States.

4. Shipping Costs

If your order total is under $100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You will be able to review the shipping charge before completing your purchase.

5. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via Standard Shipping.

  • Please note that Ruby Luxury and Ruby Luxe are separate locations, so orders placed with each store may be processed and shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each location if your order includes products from both stores.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website. If you have any questions about tracking, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

7. Shipping Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet our delivery times, please note that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or issues with the carrier. If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information or contact our customer service team for support.

If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or other household members. If the issue persists, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number or reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If they are unable to resolve the issue, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will assist you in filing a claim or locating the package.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately with clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Ruby Luxury and Ruby Luxe cannot be held responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice any errors after placing your order, please contact us right away, and we will do our best to update your details before shipping.

10. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. If you need to make any changes, please reach out to our customer service team immediately after placing the order. While we can’t guarantee that changes can be made, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
