How We Review Our Inventory

Each item is reviewed before it is listed using the product information and identifying details available for that piece. Depending on the brand and item, this review may include construction, materials, stitching, hardware, logos, labels, serial, date, or style codes, packaging, and supporting materials when available.

Ruby Luxury is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of the designer brands featured on this website unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

What Is Included

The individual product page explains what is included with the item, such as tags, a dust bag, box, care card, strap, pouch, or other accessories. Original packaging, receipts, cards, or documents are included only when they are specifically shown or stated in the listing.

Authenticity and Condition Are Different

An authentic item may be new, new with tags, new without tags, pre-owned, older shelf inventory, discontinued, retired, or from a previous season. These terms do not change whether an item is authentic. The product page describes the condition of the exact item being offered and notes visible wear or storage marks when applicable.
